Reviews of Park Street, Spring Hill
"Spring Hill is a perfect suburb in the city"
i agree with you Julianne, Park Street is one of the very best streets in Spring Hill. We rented a home for a year in Spring Hill in Park Street and loved it. The owners came back to live to live in their home. If we could have afforded it we would have bought there in a heart beat

"most beautiful quiet inner city street but you have to be fit to run up it"
Park Street at Spring Hill is a tiny little street that runs between water and Gregory Terrace. If you go up and over Gregory Terrace you will be at the swimming pool on Gregory Terrace. This street is one of the best - if not - the best street in Spring Hill. It is one of the best streets because the buildings are all homes - so there is a lot of great neighbours looking out for each other and it is not a through street to turn right to go to the city which stops the rat runners - end result - only local traffic. it is less than 1 kilometre from the CBD and only about 400 metres to the FREE city circle loop bus which stops at the Post Office on Boundary Street at Spring Hill and also at the hotel on the corner of Leichhardt and Upper Edward.
