"Space"
The carport in 47 can not fit ANY cars... it's too narrow. Just note that you will have to get a parking permit if you own a car, and there are no guaranteed parks during the week. Also, kitchen is very small with little bench space. Suitable for people who do not wish to cook communally, or for people who eat out alot.
