Reviews of Parkside Avenue, Mount Pleasant
"Community Activity on your Street"
Parkside Ave has the Brentwood Village Shops where you will find the best coffee at Riley's Cafe. At the other end, Canning Ave will take you down to the River and all that is beautiful about community living. Parks, with playground, jetty for fishing or a bike ride around the river.
It's a great spot....

Looking for a home in Parkside Avenue?
"Couldn't ask for a better Lifestyle"
Bordered by the beautiful river and blue gum lake walks, with tennis and squash courts only 1 street over, and with virtually a dedicated relatively quiet freeway entry only minutes away (close enough for convenience, yet far enough from noise and the relatively minimal traffic), Parkside avenue is both pleasant in name and offerings.
Facilities - Parkside avenue has at one end a convenient network of truely lovely and discrete local faciities including 2 excellent Cafes, both an award winning Greengrocer and Butcher, Bakery, Newsagent, Deli, IGA, Hairdresser, Beautician, Petrol, even a Doctor, Dentist, Physiotherapist and Chemist. Not enough? It's less than a 5 minute drive from Garden City (One of Perth's few boutique shopping complexes - with Major stores including David Jones, Myer, and many many smaller boutiques - too many to name here)
Parkside avenue is in both the sought after Rossmoyne & Applecross SHS zones, adding further to the property values, and is also convenient to several of Perth's quality private schools.
