Hi nk2, yes presumably Parkville is one of the ideal suburbs in Melbourne due to its proximity to CBD and close to the green lung of the city. I have a unit in Thrive Parkville and am considering letting it go at a discounted price as I don't stay in Australia anymore. My unit is 2R2B1C located at 1009/61 Galada Avenue.
