Is Pelican Waters/Caloundra a thriving safe community 2021?
Pelican Waters, QLD 4551 is located within the Caloundra local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.
We are in process of purchasing a property in the new southern development of Pelican Waters. My wife and I have 4 active boys 16,13,13, 6 and have been drawn to Pelican Waters for its new development including marina/boating facilities and outdoor lifestyle. We are also looking for advice on schools. We would like to hear from other familes whom have made a similar move from Interstate. We do currently live in a thriving town along the surfcoast Victoria and are looking for a similar coastal lifestyle, safe developing community but to slow down a little and enjoy more family time in the Sunshine Coast weather. Our boys play basketball, AFL, surf and skate alot. We all love the ocean and outdoor advetures
