Has it ever snowed within traveling distance of Perth?

Very rarely you will get a TINY bit of snow on the top of Bluff Knoll near Albany (approx 5 hours drive south of Perth). The Stirling Ranges (incl Bluff Knoll) are a beautiful area but it's not worth travelling to see the snow. You certainly can't go skiing there!
