How many dogs can I have if I move to Perth?

Generally it is two per household, unless you are registered as a kennel. I have seen pepople with three, but usually they are small dogs and I guess they just don't tell the council! If you live in more rural places then you can have more, but you need to be out of Perth suburbia for that.
