What is the suitable suburb in Perth suitable for 2 children in primary and my husband?

I don't know anything in Perth as I will come from abroad. Also I need to know the best schools there

I can highly recommend Hamersley to you.
Fabulous primary schools and lots of parks in the area.
My wife and I raised our two sons in Hamersley.
Located 6km from the beach and 12 from Perth - great value for money.

I would suggest Wellard. Its a new build. Cheap - relatively speaking.

Watch out for RE Agents trying to justify '$600k for a small town house'

for $350k you can get a block with a 4x2 with a train that takes you straight into the city in wellard.

Driving in Perth is a nightmare. Hamersley to Perth will take you 1 hour in peak its messed up. Plus its not a great suburb... anything east of the freeway is a no go zone.

If you have the money to spend try to buy in the golden triangle

Any property south of city beach, north of north fremantle, west of perth. These are the golden suburbs with nice schools and neighbors.

Perth is a mining town, compared to these areas most other areas are 'slums' for the workers.
