Just now

"Seen better days"

Not a nice suburb. Its clean and has public transport. That's about all.

No families, no shops, no nightlife, no anything. Most the buildings are per 1980 and are in need of repair badly.

My advice.

AVOID

Streets are showing their age. The council does minimal maintenance, mows the grass once a month that's about it.

It used to be good 20-30 years ago but now its gone down hill and still is. I think because they blocked any new development that would cause their property values to fall. The RE Agents have a stranglehold and they know it.
Pros
  • Location
  • Views
  • Proximity to the city, river, ocean and transport
Cons
  • No shops. Mainly overprices boutiques
  • Suburb 'dies' at night
  • Extremely overpriced. Rentals are of very low quality. Most built pre 1980
  • No big shopping centres but the're not far away.
