"convenient bayside living"
quiet and peaceful street next to a park. close proximity to all amenities, including 10 mins walk to Mentone train station, shops and cafes. A number of great schools around within walking distance. 8 minutes drive to Southland shopping centre. Friendly neighbors and super safe.
