"All you need - beach, shopping, fitness, relaxation"
Plummer Road is close to all amenities, public transport only 500m away (the Frankston line will have you in the city in under 30 minutes with plenty of double/triple express trains), 10 mins from one of the best Fitness First (Bayside) gyms, 10mins from Southland shopping center, all of this 700m from the beach on a leafy relaxing street. When you get home from a long day at work, you really feel like you can enjoy the rest of your afternoon/evening. Great friendly people everywhere - love it.

"Secure safe friendly environmrnt-will suit all demographics"
This is Eddie Perfect's area- mostly sporting type people with a few arty types such a Eddie being educated at St Bedes College.
Inner city couples migrate back to this area where they have been originally bought up due to family networks for baby sitting and affordability/security when compared to the inner city. No street parking hassles or cracked out neighbours down here.
