"Great place for young families"
I live very local to this area. People are friendly. Kids play freely in the street, without the hoons driving the streets. Majority of people are house proud, keeping properties well maintained and clean. Close to creeks and ponds filled with ducks and wild birds. Most neighbours have small non aggressive pets. Windsor Rd is close by and does experience a little traffic noise during peak times, but due to the quality of the road surface this doesn't create excessive noise, but emergency services do frequent the road attending to accidents and alike. Local shops are accessible by car only or a hefty walk, one of the biggest negatives of the area.
