"A lovely street to live in."
Phyllis Crescent has the best neighbours. Everyone acknowledges one another and we have experienced their kind helpfulness first hand.
The street is a cul-de-sac with trees lining the footpaths. The present Google picture is very old, since it was taken there has been a new home built and renovations on other houses. This has to be the best street in Guildford. All the homes and gardens are well cared for. It is peaceful and quiet with a bus stop at the end of the street in Chetwynd Road and it's just a short walk down to the railway station.
