"Convenient street with properties backing onto water pipeline on one side, elevated with views"
Chiltern Road is a reasonably quiet street but there is some through traffic taking a short cut from Woodville Road to Guildford and beyond. Mixture of brick and fibro houses, generally well kept. Some properties have excellent land size including quarter acre blocks.
