"Malabar is still a little quiet village. The locals know it as a forgotten gem and they want it to stay that way."
We have never lived in the house but we live 150 metres away in Victoria Street.
If you enjoy the water the beach is 100 metres away and the rock pool 600 metres away adjacent to Randwick Golf Course.
We have lived in Malabar for nearly 30 years and wouldn't dream of leaving
