"Great Inner City Living"
Garbutt is the last suburb in the Inner City area. It is close to Palmer Street, the nightclubs, Domain Central, the mall that is being renovated and the strand. Also for the shoppers, Castletown is just around the corner. For the takeaway junkies, The Lakes is also just around the corner. There is Maccas, Pizza Hut, Sizzler, Red Rooster etc.
On the corner of Ramsay Street, there is a bus stop where the buses will take you anywhere in Townsville. Eventhough the street is 10mins to the airport and the RAAF base, the sound is minimal.
Considering how close Garbutt is to everything, the prices are very affordable...
