"“Beautiful coastal suburb close to stunning Newcastle beaches and and Maitland and Newcastle attractions and great lifestyles."

A beautiful spot so close to Port Stephens,Newcastle gorgeous coastal beaches and exciting city living and Maitland attractions and wineries.

You can hear birds singing and see beautiful flowers and trees and wonderful green scenery close to sparkling blue water views of the Hunter River and the blue sea of beaches close by.

Close to many great shopping centres such as Greenhills with great schools, restaurants clubs, churches and a golf course and only a short drive to the gorgeous Paradise of Newcastle and Port Stephens beaches and many popular attractions like fine dining, clubs,
employment, sports and nightlife.

I’ve met friendly people who help you in the shops and kind neighbours.
Raymond Terrace has beautiful historic buildings, cottages and new homes too.

It’s peaceful here with plenty of exciting places to visit and affordable homes with lovely gardens and space.

Port Stephens is a desirable and popular areas close to gorgeous beaches and all you want in Newcastle only 30 minutes drive and Maitland 25 minutes drive.

Also only 90 minutes drive to Hornsby or a relaxing train trip.

Best of both worlds here in Raymond Terrace gorgeous scenery and close to stunning beaches, employment, restaurants, clubs health facilities and nightlife and city life.

I love my new home here!
it’s a wonderful, happy lifestyle and it’s easy to make new friends and the seachange you have been promising yourself!

"Affordable Living"

I think Raymond Terrace is a great place for familys, oldies, singles, anyone really. Plenty of schools to choose from. Very central to everything half hr to bay half hr to newcastle, plenty of grocery shops to choose from. Most importanly I think it is more than fair in rent and buying options....
