Reviews of Rees Way, Lambton
"Meh"
Well, you know, meh. Meh sums up this street and this suburb. It IS quite friendly, but also very compacted, very little to see and average looking homes. Most are not derelict and they, as a whole stand head and shoulders above the previously reviewd 'Mayfield' *shudder*. You know, its alright. Failry close to schools, good air, but there is something missing from the area and it is charm, and peace and quiet. Despite living next to a substantial clump of trees, this area is far from remote, and noise can be a problem. But overall, good for young family. To far away for the elderly though. They need something closer.

"lovely location"
quiet leafy area, close to Jesmond park and easy to get to shopping centres in the area. Kids can ride bikes on the street, everyone knows each other and actually say hi, very friendly. Great place to just enjoy living, away from the crowds and traffic, it's a hidden gem!
