"Excellent location close to everything you need"
The estate is located right next to Parramatta. Great open spaces available next door with a large childrens park which caters for infants and kids a little older.
Good established community with a wide diversity of lifestyles (Eg singles, young families etc).
Walking distance to medical facilities, transport and great shopping at the new Stockland Mall.
A quick and peaceful 10 minute walk across the park to the train station.
