"Perfect Blend of Urban & Nature"

Ringwood North is nestled between the busier hub of Ringwood, and the green wedge surrounds. This gives the suburb a unique feel of being close to key amenities and freeway connections, while not being too busy or over crowded.

The main street has an IGA for your daily needs, but also excellent cafes, restaurants and an ice cream shop! There's a real sense of community and connectedness throughout the suburb with excellent schools, parklands and modern playgrounds for the family.

"Peaceful living in a beautiful location"

Ringwood North is the place to be! With the new upgrade to Eastland Shopping Centre providing you with all your retail needs, the public transport giving you direct access to the city and the local parks and schools, there is no wonder it is one of the fastest growing areas in Eastern Melbourne.
Along with your retail needs, Ringwood north is the perfect suburb that offers picturesque tree lined streets that is home to many families, older couples, and first-time buyers. The local shops, public and private schools, and parks gives Ringwood North a community feel in a quite area.
This hidden gem has everything you could want and more.
For a standard 3-bedroom house, you can expect to pay approx $470.00 per week in rent.

"Family Friendly"

Having grown up in Ringwood North, I have personally seen the changes and development within the City of Maroondah.

Ringwood North, Ringwood East and Ringwood now have great infrastructure and have seen some great capital gains in the real estate sector.

Surrounded by great schools, (public and private), the redevelopment of Eastland shopping centre and the opening of the Eastlink freeway has made the City of Maroondah a satellite city!

Easy access to the Eastlink with 35mins into the CBD or the other way within 70 mins to Mornington Peninsula.

Ringwood North and surrounding suburbs are now multicultural and affluent.

"One with the lot."

Ringwood North is a suburb with the lot. We moved here 5 years ago and we love it. Ringwood North is full of peaceful streets and cul de sacs yet is close to all the amenities one could ask for. We have the option of shopping locally at Ringwood North with a great IGA, independent butcher, fruiterer, Doc's wines and liquor, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, a plant nursery, etc. There's plenty of parking and it's never too crowded. Otherwise, Eastland, the Pines, Knox and Doncaster Shoppingtown are within very easy reach. There is a wide range of schools for children to attend and all are well serviced with public transport options. There are plenty of parks and facilities to suit nearly every sporting pursuit. We've lived in Doncaster, Templestowe, Lilydale, Box Hill and Blackburn. Ringwood North beats them all and we're not moving anytime soon.

"Quiet, leafy but still local to everything."

Ringwood North is a hidden gem in leafy surrounds but still only minutes to local amenities like the newly renovated Eastland (amazing new restaurants, cafes, bars and shops).

Nice big blocks on offer with country feels and great rental returns for investors. Rental properties don;t last long, as tenants LOVE the quiet leafy surrounds, as they know they're only just around the corner from everything they need.

"Tree lined streets, great views, friendly people...what more could you ask for!"

Ringwood North is located right next to the eastern fwy for easy access to many areas of Melbourne. Choose from Eastland or Westfield Doncaster for shopping... Great schools, transport and friendly down to earth tenants... Love the tree lined street and great views.... One of the best suburbs to experience a rural feel but within 30 mins to the city.... It is a gem...

"Residential suburb with rural neighbours"

This residential suburb is a hilly area that manages to retain a sense of suburbia, unlike its neighbours which are much more rural looking towns. Home to a shopping centre, plenty of parklands and reserves, three primary schools and two secondary schools, Ringwood North is an ideal location for young families. The are boasts an Aussie Rules football team and was once home to sporting celebrities such as Pat Cash, Steven Johnson and Nick Malceski. Ringwood North sits 25km north east of Melbourne and has a population of almost 10,000. Surrounding suburbs include Park Orchards, Warrandyte South, Warranwood, Ringwood, Donvale and Mitcham, and the average cost of property in the area is roughly $442,000.
