Should I, Could I, Can I, ???
River Heads, QLD 4655 is located within the null local government area, part of the Wide Bay-Burnett Region in Queensland.
I'm planning on moving to River Heads. Yes I've read a lot if comments, both negative and positive. I'm opting for positive ;) , if mozzies, sand flies r the only negative. I can handle that.., I'm hoping that this little town is accepting of new comers. I've lived in Hervey bay before and returning. Looking for a more quiet peaceful time left. But wondering about transport??.. I had my car stolen recently, so if I moved, I'd only need to get to town for groceries, hardware, . as I work from home. life is what u make it. And I'd like it at River heads. Any tips? Advice, ?

Located 15 minutes from Hervey Bay on Queensland's Fraser Coast region, River Heads is a major departure point for vehicles and walk on passengers to World Heritage-listed Fraser Island and has magnificent views of Fraser Island, the Great Sandy Strait and the Mary River estuary. The boat ramp is suitable for launching a large range of craft and there is ample car and trailer parking available. Rock fishing at the point will give you a good opportunity to land yourself an impressive catch as well as giving you the chance to admire the dolphins, turtles and dugongs which frequently pass by.
