"Excellent suburb"
The neighbours are great, they really look out for each other. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the beach, shops, and easy access to the motorway. Train station at the end of the street. Secure parking. Excellent school's within walking distance. Safe friendly area. Reluctant to sell, moving interstate for work and family. Did I mention great neighbours.
