Hi Renee,
There is one in Knoxfield at Knox Park Reserve on Bunjil Way/Ferntree Gully Road. They also run obedience and agility classes.
You could also try Tirhatuan Park in Dandenong North, just in off Brady Road/Stud Road. They have a huge enclosed area where dogs can be off leash.

Knox Park Reserve is a great dog park located along Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield. Just note that it can be muddy down there at times throughout the year. http://www.knox.vic.gov.au/dogpark
