We love the Sovereign Crest Estate off Kelletts Rd past Rowville Lakes shops. Nice, quiet close to lots of local kinders and primary schools.

Hi Casey, I think Silkwood Estate has alot going for it. This is the estate opposite Wellington Village Shopping Centre. I am often walking through this area and love the quiet streets and courts adjoining Pitfield Crescent and Woodside Drive. Vista Crescent has some lovely homes, some set on 1/2 acre blocks. Take a drive or walk through this area and I am sure you will agree that there are some lovely homes.

Wellington Village does seem to be very popular. I personally love driving through Dandelion Drive area with the beautiful trees and lovely houses.

Hi Casey, We believe one of the best areas in Rowville would be the Wellington Village Estate as it's close to public transport, local shops, schools, childcare centre's and access to the Monash Freeway & Eastlink
