Thoughts about living near Stud Road opposite Stud Park Shopping Centre

How is it along Stud Road just opposite Stud Park Shopping? I live in Carlton next Lygon Street where there's continuous vehicle exhaust noises from people doing lots of burnouts and hooning. How do people travel to the city usually for work too, from Rowville? I don't have to go into the office for 5 days a week anymore, but I certainly think it'll be 2 days a week.

I'll love a really candid response so I know whether I should buy a townhouse in the area. Thanks!
