Which is better - Rowville and Wantirna South?
I'm currently considering to move in to Rowvill or Wantirna South.
I've immigrated from East Asia. and have two kids..2yrs son and 2months girl.
priority for me is education...especially secondary school.
My budget is from $40K~$45K. Could anybody recommend me which suburb is better for my family?

That budget would go far in either Rowville or Wantirna South. The range of house prices for Rowville is
400-600K. The range of house prices for Wantirna South is likewise 400-600K. Although Rowville has a better ranking as a suburb than Wantirna South, it seems to be prone to hailstorms, which have inflicted quite a bit of damage over the recent years. Wantirna South has better secondary schools close by, especially if you are considering a private education for your children.
