The Islands are going through a lot of changes with heaps of new projects and improvements ongoing.
NBN across the islands, so now most properties have good internet service as per the mainland. New phone tower, still some black spots but overall good coverage.
Lived on the island 12 years and know the islands very well, avoid low lying areas near wetlands. Great areas to live North end less mozzies and generally less than we had on the sunshine coast. Overall like a small country town.
