Building on Russell island.
Im interested in buying land there and wondered about building codes. Im wanting to be off grid possible. And need to know the types of buildings you can build, being an owner builder. Can you put containers on a block?. I plan on converting them into a home. This is just one video of container homes. Any help will be great fully appreciated.

Wesley, try to Google search for QLD Project Builders or Wilson Design and Build. These 2 companies are expert builders on Russell Island. They will answer your queries.
