Yes, all dogs can travel on the ferry so long as they are either held (if small) &/or on a lead. They must also wear a muzzle however they do sell 3 x sized of the muzzles on the ferry itself if you don't have one at a cost of $16. But the ferry itself is about to become 50 cents a trip so I guess that evens out the cost
Yes, must be muzzled with approved style. ie. not strap or lead wrapped around the nose, or if small dog can be carried on board in a crate if suits owner better. Note: dog must be clean, not smelly and must be dry, not wet straight from a swim, or entry may be denied
