I found out it’s cheep to buy the frame not from a kit home or shed place
Google home frames my grandson going to put ours up I look into bet price on walls and flooring it’s a bit of work but save a lot cause you don’t get windows or doors in the price you see on net no wall lining so it all adds up

I'm sorry I can't answer your question but just wondered if you could tell what sort of costs are involved in getting a kit home completed on Russell Island? (Assuming I've bought the land already)
