Russell Island, QLD 4184 is located within the Redland local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
We are considering coming over to russel island to check out the place, and possibly look for a rental. We are a young family (early 30s) with a toddler.
I'd love to hear from the locals about their opinion on the islands suitability for a family, and if there are many families with children over there.
I grew up on an island so I know the reality of ferry transport, groceries, small community etc etc.
