what is the process for building on russell island?
I am new to building a home and have to admit that I am a bit overwhelmed with what I need to do next. There seems to be a lot of requirements; but no clear indication of when I need to do what, and how these requirements apply my block? Do I need to employ some sort of project manager? How are things usually done on the island? If you could point me in the right direction on where to go next, that would be great.
