We’re with Telstra and we haven’t had any issues.
When we initially moved in it was a brand new build so it to NBN 2 months to come and install the box.
Telstra on the other hand sent their Smart Modem straight away and it even worked before we had NBN as they provide you a 4g Modem that works in the interim.
We haven’t had any outages or slow downs.
Our experiences are based living at the top of the island.
