"Rutland Avenue"
I have lived in Rutland Avenue for nearly 10 years and in this time there has been so much wonderful development. Many high end, beautiful new homes have gone up which are very pleasing to the eye as you walk along. A very friendly neighbourhood and people stop to chat when out doing the gardening. Bay views, only a short walk to the village and Ranelagh beach, beautiful homes and a safe friendly place to live, it is just magic.
