"Convenient, safe and friendly"
Great street with good access to public transport and Leeming Forum. Excellent footpaths for taking the kids or pets for a walk. Lots of friendly neighbours also out walking. Houses have lots of greenery and are well kept, making for a pleasant walk. Not much traffic so very safe and quiet. Great if you are a cyclist as it's a short ride to Kwinana Freeway PSP, with minimal roads to cross.

Looking for a home in San Miguel Drive?
"Can Be Busy"
Running in a loop to and from Casserly Drive, these two streets form the boundary of this particular sub-division. While it can be busy, the road is designed as a feeder for local streets only. It has a pedestrian access way leading to Farrington Road, and associated shops, and many of the homes here have pools.
