School zone

Hi originally from sydney and got approved with rental property at sanctuary lake. Jist wanna know which school zone we go to. And some reviews to school. So far closest to us is carranballac in jamison, then seabrook and altona. We rang on the map we seems closer to altona but because of the river we have to drive all the way around and would pass seabrooke. We heard good reviews on seabrook but the morning traffic just a bet tight with the schedule for work. Carranballac on the other hand is on our way but didn't get much good review. Any suggestions?
