Thinking about Moving to Sanctury Lakes

Hello. My husband and I and our baby are thinking about moving to Sanctuary Lakes to live from South-East Melbourne. Just wondering what its like there for families and lifestyle in general? Are there many childcare centres around? Any restaurants and places to go out to dinner? I also keep reading about resale value not being amazing. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
