Is it easy to find tenants in seaford meadows?
Thinking of investing in an investment home but not sure if seaford meadows is a good place to.

I was just asked this same question recently, it may have been you who rang and asked it?
Their are very few small pockets left in Seaford Meadows to live peacefully.
As for an investment, I think you will have no trouble finding a tenant if priced according to the current rental market.
