Probably not anymore. The land prices are in line with Estates that are only minutes away from Central Ballarat.

True Wendouree has also had it's property value go through the roof because of all the new infrastructure like Stockland plaza Wendouree train station upgrade which was huge and the Ballarat line upgrade eccetera Ballarat is becoming a really good city way better than Melbourne
