"So close, but far enough away"
Beautiful street with Noosa's most luxurious and exclusive residential apartment complexes. Resort-style living with secure entry, basement carparking, large 250sqm to 500sqm north-facing apartments, lift to the floor, and modern sophisticated finishings. Very quiet as holiday letting is not allowed. The only concern going forward is the large 200-room party hotel complex which is about to be built on the adjoining vacant land parcel.

"Serenity by name Serenity by Nature"
We have lived in this very peaceful environment for 23 years and have enjoyed many wonderful family times.This street is very handy to the restaurants and the shops.At the end of the street we can walk to a jetty and launch our kayaks and enjoy the waters around Noosa.Our street is very close to Hastings St where we can enjoy the beach, eating out and of course the shops.
Most properties have a northern exposure and a view to the Noosa River and the North Shore.
This is one of the best streets in Noosa encompassing Settlers Cove.
