"Leafy quiet street"
Great neighbours and so close to everything - its got amenities of both Beaufort St and Walter Road at the end of the street, is near several schools and parks. AND there's a bottleshop, Sexton Cellars, right on the street with Coles around the corner a short walk away. Lots of families and couples live here and there tends to be a good community atmosphere.
Unfortunately there have been a couple of break-ins which is not ideal but can happen anywhere, also yelling and fighting heard from tenants living several streets away.
