"Busy street in a central location"
Sherwood Rd runs from the Toowong Village shopping centre up into more suburban Toowong. This means that while the lower (river) end is quite busy and loud, the upper end is quite quiet.
It's very close to shops, restaurants, and public transport and is centrally located to primary, secondary schools and the University of Queensland.
This means it is perfect for younger couples and singles, but it's busier areas are probably not the best for families or retirees.
