"Major Street Between UQ and Toowong"
Sir Fred Schonell Drive is one of the main streets between the University of Queensland and Toowong as well as being a main route to Indooroopilly. It is perfect for students as it has a lot of apartment buildings and units.
The traffic can be a bit noisy but most of the houses are set back in their blocks so it shouldn't be a problem. There is a lot of public transport, however the university is well within walking distance.
