"Access to the Fitzroy"
Skuthorp Road is an unsealed access road to the mighty Fitzroy River. It runs off the Great Northern Highway just near the crossing bridge, and it has homes only at its junction with Sandford Road. Often submerged in the wet season, it is used as a high water access to the river by boaters. Beware the crocs though.
