"Hidden away secret, but close to everything"

It is a real up & coming area. It is a small quiet suburb between Yarraville and Newport, really close to so many things. It is very handy to the CBD. There are good cafes around and some great multicultural shopping options. Several great parks, including Newport Lakes, in the area.

"South Kingsville, A Hidden Gem"

The neighbourly spirit is fantastic, South Kingsville is a cute and quiet little pocket, 10 min walk fro Spotswood train station, 3 min drive from Hudson rd shops, 5 min drive into the Yarraville village, 5 min drive to Williamstown beach and 8 km from Melbourne’s ever growing city. Capital growth is continuously growing.

"Best In The West?"

I moved here from South of the City 7 years ago. It has a laid back feel but 15 minutes from the city and under 20 by train. The Vernon Street shops are all friendly and the suburb is 5 minutes from Williamstown and 5 minutes from Yarraville if you are looking for more variety. I love where I live.
