"Great street, good blocks & buildings, permanent breeze off the PGA Golf Course!"
Fantastic street lived there several years, heaps of parking, really good people, no pubs or anything around so no yahoo's and any local teen-kids from Gardners Road end don't venture that far into Eastlakes so it is supremely safe and secure.
There is PLANE NOISE but it is infrequent and really seems to depend on which way wind is blowing and how they alternate the runways' - you can get some for a few days other times nothing at all for 2 weeks. Go figure.
What a fab street, you can't go wrong on Sparks street!
Great for
- Space & parking, safe and secure.
- Trees and NO traffic noise and view of golf course
- Walk to King Street servo for surprising large range of stuff open to 11pm
Not great for
- Tree leaf litter falling onto cars etc.
- No take away food etc - but that's why so quiet
- Some intermittent plane noise.
