"one of mosmans prettiest treeline streets of Federation architecture"
Spencer Road is a beautiful tree lined street featuring Mosmans renowned Federation architecture in a mix of semi detached and free standing housing. A house proud street that comes alive with family festivities on Halloween where homes 'dress up' for the occasion welcoming families from surrounding streets. There are parks and village shops at one end of the street and easy access to Cremorne and the city from the other. The ferry and bus are a walk away as are good local schools and Mosman Junction shopping.
