"Great LIttle Street"
Spoonbill Avenue is a great little street surrounded by new, quality and free standing homes in a village like atmosphere. Close to a number of public and Catholic/private primary and high schools; Aldi, Arndell Park shopping centre; club with tennis and soccer/footy facilities; a hotel; churches; gym and nursing homes. Very close to the GWH and M4. Only problem would be the proximity to Holbeche Rd which could be busy with trucks at night and early mornings but we got used to it. Installing shutters solved our problem.
