Does anyone have any views on living on Arglye street in St Kilda?

I've not lived there myself but heard all the streets off Grey St near Barkly Hotel are a bit dodge. I get nervous walking down that street even in the daylight, but it's alright. There used to be a brothel at the end of the street but I don't think it's there anymore.
