Safety in Robe street

Hi everyone, I found a beautiful house in robe street. How safe is it to live there with two children? My husband will be traveling andI might have to be by myself with the kids and I am not sure if Ill feel safe.
Its closer to Ackland than Grey.
People say that after the block tho va are better. Please help.
